I just love Color Bursts! When I create with these I usually create lots of panels to be used later on down the road.  So I went through my stash to find some red and blue creations for this weeks PSL challenge.  I really didn't want to cut this panel or place too much over it. I love the way it is, so the sketch by Can You Case It? is a perfect match!
