Welcome to the Club Scrap Christmas Thyme Blog Hop. I'm so excited to be sharing my project for this special holiday collection. If you've arrived here from the very talented Tina you're in the right spot. If you'd like to start from the beginning, please head over to Club Scrap to see what they have created for you.
My beloved Christmas planner has run it's course. It's well loved and lasted 11 years! This paper was from a different Club Scrap holiday collections many years ago!
I decided to go with a different style of planner after finding these black envelopes at my local stamp store and just completing the Literature Pocket Planner.
Here's a Club Scrap video to help guide you through the process.
I was super excited to use my Tricia Morris designed Piercing Cradle purchased at Club Scrap Retreat.
This cradle allows for precise piercing of folded pages.
Multiples at a time. I didn't want to push my luck and did 3 at a time.
This gave me perfectly placed holes on the fold lines in half the time.
Pierce all scored pages and envelopes according to the directions.
I added decorative ribbon to the binding prior to stitching.
Once all pages are stitched I used my grid ruler to add lines to the ivory pages. This will allow me to create lists.
The pockets and secured envelopes allow for stamps, address labels and receipts.
I love my new Christmas planner!
