Never Been Used Stencils

I am still on my New Year's crafty resolution and using all the stencils I've never used before.  It's a challenge I've given myself to either use or lose my neglected craft stash.

Before I share my stencil creations I wanted to show you how I store my blenders for the Oxide Distress inks. Originally I stored the blender pads on the bottoms of the ink pads with Velcro. It drove me NUTS that the ink pads no longer stacked well.  I now store the pads in a metal tin.

Trim four pieces of heavy cardstock to fit the container and attached six round Velcro pieces to each sheet. Label the colors.

Now, on to some stencil creations.
Club Scrap papers, Dahlia stencil and stamp. Queen & Co. pearls.
Club Scrap papers, stamps and What a Ride stencil.
Club Scrap papers, stamps and Turkish Map stencil. Nuvo drops.

Now I've used this Trattoria stencil before but I just love this little guy!!!
Club Scrap papers, stencil, charm and bow. Memory Box die.

Closet Make Over

It's complete! I love my new closet organization!  Redoing the closet let me sort through things I haven't actually seen in years!  I was able to donated BAGS of stuff! I needed to downsize, I have so much crafting supplies that I didn't even know what I had anymore!

Before

I swapped out the grid selves for the white shelves and drawers.  Michael's had these for 50% off and I like the clean look.

 After
Pinterest has some great ideas for organization!  I have deep corners in this closet that are hard to get too.  I bought several tension rods and set them at different heights for all the ribbon spools on one side. I used a curtain tie back to hold all my bags.  I'm a bag-junkie, a girls can't have too many bags!

I then added all my washi tape to the dowel and have it going across the closet.

Love my new closet!  Now that I know what I have...time to start crafting!

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!

Happy National Scrapbooking Day, my scrappin' friends!  Guess what?!  No crafting for me this day. I had had it with my craft closet and tore it apart!  Yep...everything came out and is now sitting in the middle of the floor.  It may be a few days before you see anything crafty!
