Paper Flower Challenge

Happy Tuesday!
The April technique challenge over at Club Scrap is to create paper flowers.  I've had an old thrifted dictionary sitting in my craft closet and I wanted to incorporate that somehow.  I searched Pinterest and found a whole bunch of ideas. Sadly none of them worked out for me.  The flowers were either too bulky for mailing or the dictionary paper was too thin. So I reached for my handy dandy EK  flower punches.

Instructions:
Punch flowers in different sizes.
Run an embossing tool in circles in the center of the flowers for dimension.
Stack and offset flowers. Adhere each layer.

Use a smaller flower cut in half for added interest.

There are so many different, creative ways to create paper flowers. Punches seem to be the easiest. I do have another technique I can't wait to share but you'll just have to wait until the Artist Team Challenge on April 28th. I encourage you to create paper flowers and share your work on the Linky Party. You could win a Club Scrap gift certificate!

Supplies used:
Club Scrap Cherry Blossoms paperstags and stamps.
     Club Scrap white pigment ink.
     Queen & Co. bling.
Elizabeth Craft Designs stitched circle die.
     Basic Grey rub ons.
