Library Pockets

While going through my stash I came across these library pockets. These unusual embellishments are great for layouts and cards.  I adapted these pockets and cards from the Literature Greetings to Go to fit certain upcoming birthdays. I used my alphabet and number stencils on the pockets to personalize.
Club Scrap papers, cards, ribbon and stencil. Sizzix star die and embossing folder. Unknown clip.
Hidden portion of card.
Club Scrap papers, ribbons, button, stencil, pocket and card. Sizzix heart die and embossing folder.

The Literature Greetings to Go kit and the Alphabet stencils are at rock bottom sale prices right now!

  1. The library pockets are super cute on these cards. I love the addition of the denim elements, too!

Hot Chick

I've been honored by the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers and named the newest Queen of Snark (which is shocking for some of you).  This title comes with the honor of being the guest designer for the new Farm challenge. I wanted to create a farm feel to the whole card right down to the embellishments.  I think chicken wire, feathers and twine should do it:) Club Scrap papers, ribbon and stamps. Impression Obsession background stamp. Darice embossing folder. Recollections feathers. Inside of card: A true friend is one who thinks you are a good egg even if you're half cracked.

I hope you join us over at the Sisterhood and share your farm creations.
