Two Embellishment Maximum

Do you know how hard it is to create a card with only 2 embellishments?! Especially when I have an entire ROOM dedicated to embellishments. Crazy, but I did it. Love to Scrap! is holding a Bare Necessities challenge.  I found that you had to have the right blend of paper and embellishments so that the card doesn't look unfinished. I totally wanted to add a bird and maybe some flowers...

I have some Paris Flea Market printed papers left over from the projects I created for the upcoming blog hop. This paper is so gorgeous that I couldn't let it go to waste. The card actually has a tri-fold that you have to pull out to the left to open.  I thought that a tag made a great "pull".

Club Scrap papers, tag, stamp and ribbon.

  1. I would have to agree that two embellishment rule was a hard one for me too. You did a wonderful job with the challenge! Your card is so pretty! Thanks for playing along with us at LTSCB and good luck. Hugs, Robin

  2. Your card turned out looking very elegant! Thanks for joining us at Love to Scrap! Challenge Blog
