My Three Dads

I came across this photo from my wedding while looking for photos to share at Steve's funeral. Steve was my former step-dad. My family is an interesting mix of dads, step-dads and former step-dads. The funny thing is we all get along very well, even having holidays together.  So it was natural to have all of "my dads" involved in my wedding in 2000.  My dad (Bill) walked me down the aisle, my step-dad (Greg) officiated the service and my former step-dad (Steve) did the reading.
The black and whites of the Club Scrap Paris Flea Market kit were perfect for my wedding photo since our colors were black, white and gold. The paper lace mat just screams wedding!

Club Scrap papers, lace mat, stamps, tag, doily, sequin, medallion. Dazzles stickers. Cheswick Co. leaf ribbon.

Created for Black Tie Affair at Lasting Memories.

Hot Chick

I've been honored by the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers and named the newest Queen of Snark (which is shocking for some of you).  This title comes with the honor of being the guest designer for the new Farm challenge. I wanted to create a farm feel to the whole card right down to the embellishments.  I think chicken wire, feathers and twine should do it:) Club Scrap papers, ribbon and stamps. Impression Obsession background stamp. Darice embossing folder. Recollections feathers. Inside of card: A true friend is one who thinks you are a good egg even if you're half cracked.

I hope you join us over at the Sisterhood and share your farm creations.
