Bling it, Girlfriend!

I love blinging up my cards!  Jewels add class, color and sparkle to a project.
Love to Scrap! Challenge Blog's current challenge is to add bling to your creations.
I've been playing with my new Club Scrap Moroccan Spice Greetings to Go kit this weekend totally loving the deep rich colors.
I've also been trying to organize all my retreat goodies and came across this panel we made with Color Bursts.
We played with the Color Bursts on large manila tags that will allow us to use for many different projects.
It can be used as is, stamped on, or punched. The uses are unlimited.
These easel cards are so fun to use and allow for the inside of the card to shine as well.

Club Scrap papers, stamps, ribbon.  Ken Oliver's Color Bursts, Queen&Co. jewels.

Here are more easel cards using Color Bursts and the Moroccan Spice kit.

Please check out the Club Scrap Artist Team Challenge on Tuesday the 17th.

  1. Great cards! I love the color bursts, they make such great backgrounds.

  2. Love the watercolor backgrounds. Very nice! Thanks for joining us at Love to Scrap.

Hot Chick

I've been honored by the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers and named the newest Queen of Snark (which is shocking for some of you).  This title comes with the honor of being the guest designer for the new Farm challenge. I wanted to create a farm feel to the whole card right down to the embellishments.  I think chicken wire, feathers and twine should do it:) Club Scrap papers, ribbon and stamps. Impression Obsession background stamp. Darice embossing folder. Recollections feathers. Inside of card: A true friend is one who thinks you are a good egg even if you're half cracked.

I hope you join us over at the Sisterhood and share your farm creations.
